WHEN TO VISIT:

The Legendary Neff Haus Ice Cream Shop is open 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Tuesday thru Friday, Saturday & Sunday Noon - 9:00 PM, and is closed Mondays. The most popular time at Neff Haus is always between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM. Guests wanting to avoid lines should plan to arrive earlier in the day or later in the evening. We make our desserts daily, and certain popular and limited-edition desserts may run out before the end of the night. If you are coming for a specific dessert, we recommend coming early.

PAYMENTS:

The Legendary Neff Haus Ice Cream Shop accepts all major credit cards, cash, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

WHERE TO PARK:

​

Parking is available in the public lot directly across the street from The Legendary Neff Haus Ice Cream Shop. There are also parking lots on Wood Street, Spring Street, and Aster Lane. There is also street parking in the Town Square and along German Street and Spring Street. Handicap parking is located at the corner of Main Street and German Street and also in the Town Square. Please see the map below for locations.

The Legendary Neff Haus Ice Cream Shop is dog friendly! We encourage you to bring your VIP pup! We offer free pup cups of vanilla ice cream. Want something lighter for your VIP? Ask for a pup cup of our Chantilly whipped cream!

LIGHT SHOW AND ROMANTIC PATIO:

​

Guests can start enjoying the light show as soon as the skies darken. Candles are placed on the patio to create a romantic atmosphere for date nights at 8:00 PM.

NIGHTTIME IN HARMONY LANTERN TOURS:

​

Our Ghost and Lantern Tours sell out quickly before the event day. Arrival for the tour is at 7:50 PM on the days scheduled in our Events section unless otherwise noted. Guests wishing to attend as standby may call the day of the event to see if tickets are available from canceled or rescheduled guests. Private Lantern Ghost Tours of ten people or more are available any day a scheduled event is not occurring. Please call for more information.

SEATING:

​

To protect the historic Neff Haus 1807 building, seating is outside on our patio or along our cobblestone walk, which has benches. During busy times, table seating may be full, but there is always space for everyone in our courtyard or along our Fairy bridge. We encourage guests to explore the very walkable town with their ice cream and take in the beautiful Harmonist architecture.
